Spring harvest
The long cold winter is finally over and spring has arrived. Time to being the wild and natural harvest. In my part of the world the first harvest are morel mushrooms. Awakened by those warm spring showers.

How it all started
On September 16th. 2010, Lorraine and Joe can by Dave and Linda's place to drop off a few jams of Wild Joe's Jelly. Over a hot cup of coffee and lively discussion it became clear there was is a real need for an organization that would bring together people to share information and increase the availability and economic value of wild and natural food products.
This BLOG is the first small step to creating that organization.
